• Load, unload, and operate washing machines according to wash load formulation, processing sequence, and proper sling weight.
• Load and unload dryers.
• Deliver processed garments to the designated finishing area.
• Deliver processed flat goods to the designated area.
• Monitor detergent supply and report equipment malfunctions.
• Record accurate production processes.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Complete paperwork and record-keeping in a timely manner.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP, and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor or management.

• High school education or GED equivalent preferred.
• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to stand for an 8‑hour shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Basic math skills in weight, volume, and distance using U.S. units.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
