• Operate and monitor production equipment with precision, helping deliver the high-quality products our customers know and trust
• Champion Cacique's commitment to quality through routine quality checks, inspections, and process verification at every stage of production
• Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), line changeovers, and equipment setups with accuracy and efficiency to keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment by adhering to GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
• Spot issues before they become problems, partnering with your team to troubleshoot challenges and minimize downtime
• Capture production and quality data with accuracy, supporting compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives

Operations run across day, evening, and overnight hours to keep production moving. Shift Time: 9:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on production needs, opportunities for additional hours, and eligibility for performance bonus.

• Previous experience in manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, safety standards, and work instructions
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• High school diploma or GED
