How You'll Make an Impact
  • Operate and monitor production equipment with precision, helping deliver the high-quality products our customers know and trust
  • Champion Cacique's commitment to quality through routine quality checks, inspections, and process verification at every stage of production
  • Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), line changeovers, and equipment setups with accuracy and efficiency to keep operations running smoothly
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment by adhering to GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
  • Spot issues before they become problems, partnering with your team to troubleshoot challenges and minimize downtime
  • Capture production and quality data with accuracy, supporting compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives
Show Up Ready

Operations run across day, evening, and overnight hours to keep production moving. Shift Time: 9:00 a.m.

- 6:30 p.m.

Schedule:

Monday
- Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on production needs, opportunities for additional hours, and eligibility for performance bonus.

What You Bring to the Team
  • Previous experience in manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to read and follow SOPs, safety standards, and work instructions
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High school diploma or GED
