Marketing & Client Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a motivated, personable, and creative individual interested in developing marketing and client engagement skills within the travel industry.

The Marketing & Client Engagement Specialist will focus on building relationships with prospective and existing clients, creating engaging communications, identifying travel interests, and helping connect travelers with vacation experiences that fit their needs and preferences.

This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys communicating with people, developing relationships, creating engaging content, and learning how marketing and client engagement work together within the travel industry.

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Assist with marketing and client engagement activities
• Communicate with prospective travelers to learn about their interests and vacation goals
• Help create engaging travel-related content for social media and other communication channels
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain ongoing communication
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, activities, and travel experiences
• Help connect client interests with appropriate vacation options and experiences
• Develop ideas for reaching and engaging new prospective clients
• Learn travel suppliers, destinations, booking resources, and available travel products
• Complete destination, supplier, and industry training
• Maintain organized client information and follow-up activities
• Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and experiences that may interest clients

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable starting conversations and developing relationships with others
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Creative thinking and willingness to develop new ideas
• Comfortable using social media and online communication tools
• Ability to manage time and work independently
• Comfortable learning new technology and online platforms
• Interest in marketing, relationship building, social media, or client engagement
• Genuine interest in travel and learning about destinations and experiences
• Willingness to complete training and continue developing new skills
• Previous experience in marketing, hospitality, sales, social media, communications, or other client-facing roles is helpful but not required
