Description:

We are seeking a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse for a night shift position.
The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to adults and geriatric patients.
The average daily census is 8 patients in a 10-bed unit.
The nurse will engage in interdisciplinary support with various healthcare professionals.
Knowledge of peripheral line care and non-invasive airway management is required.
Isolation precautions and PPE knowledge are essential for this role.

Experience with the Epic charting system is preferred.
The nurse will be expected to float to units of equal or lesser acuity as needed.
Candidates must adhere to the 50-mile residency rule from the facility.
The nurse will be working within a supportive team environment, assisting in the care of diverse patient diagnoses.
Recent nursing experience is vital to ensure familiarity with current practices.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care.
