Required:
** Minimum of 1 year inpatient med/surg experience, recent Epic experience (within 6 months)

* Key Responsibilities:
** - Deliver compassionate care to a diverse patient population in a Med/Surg setting - Manage a patient ratio of 1:6 during day, night, and weekend shifts - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and more - Float to units of equal or lesser acuity as needed
** Essential
Skills:
** - Strong background in charting systems, specifically Epic - Proficient in cardiac monitoring and emergency response - Capability in interpreting and managing dysrhythmias
- Experience with IV therapy and phlebotomy - Knowledge of respiratory support including nasal cannula
** Unit Details:** - Centralized telemetry monitoring for optimal patient care - Free floating charge nurse for enhanced unit operations - Dedicated house discharge nurse to streamline patient transitions
