LVN/LPN Home Health
- Amarillo, TX
- Local or Traveler
13 weeks
FT available, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
Home health required
HCHB required
30 units per week
Will need to be available to be on call with a rotation of 3-4weeks.
Qualifications:
HCHB and HH experience required
Skills
Current Nursing License in the Practicing State
Valid Drivers License
Current CPR Certification
Two years experience as an LPN/LVN in a clinical setting, preferably in a home health or hospice setting
Education
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program or accredited School of Vocational Nursing
