Job Description

Step into a travel Registered Nurse role in the Operating Room supporting Open Heart/CVOR cases in Amarillo, Texas. This Monday–Friday assignment runs 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (8-hour days) with call requirements. You’ll work alongside the surgical team on cardiovascular and vascular procedures such as coronary artery bypass grafts, valve replacement, carotid endarterectomy, and abdominal aortic aneurysm repair. The standout nature of this position is the CVOR focus—bringing your 3+ years of CVOR experience to a dedicated setting where Cerner experience is required and call coverage adds variety to your weekly rhythm.

If you’ve developed strong OR skills that include both scrubbing and circulating, this role may be a great fit.

Graduation from an accredited (or NLN-approved) RN program, BSN highly desired, current RN license in Texas, and current PALS, BLS, and ACLS. CVOR experience is required;
Cerner experience is required as well.
