Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assistance with daily living activities, vital signs, and mobility
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and vital signs
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
