The Graduate Nurse will be accountable for the health status and health needs of patients based on interpretation of health data and preventive health practices in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary healthcare team members.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license.
• BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Unit‑specific certifications: ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC (for core staff in Surgical ICU).

• Previous acute care experience.
