Position Summary: Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Demonstrate professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while maintaining Service Excellence.
Job Duties / Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and evaluate an age‑appropriate plan of care using the nursing process, clinical skills, and patient education.
- Maintain professional behavior when addressing issues or conflicts, utilizing appropriate resources as needed.
- Create a safe environment for patients, families, visitors, and staff.
- Assess risks to patient safety and implement appropriate precautions.
- Comply with approved standards outlined by the organization and accrediting agencies.
- Adhere to safety and injury prevention standards to minimize risk to self, colleagues, patients, and visitors.
