As an LVN on our skilled team, you’ll perform a variety of skilled visits, including wound care, medication administration, and IV infusions. We build schedules around what works for you and your patients, so flexibility is part of the role. We work with Medicaid and private pay insurance, so you can focus on hands‑on patient care rather than assessment paperwork. Some drive time between visits is part of the job.

LVNs who enjoy independence, variety, and the chance to keep building clinical skills tend to thrive on our team.

• Monday–Friday, with after‑hours rotation
• $900 base for 33 visits per week, plus incentive pay

  Amarillo, TX

• Active LVN license in Texas
• 1+ year of experience as an LVN
• Wound care experience preferred, not required

• Locally owned and operated
• One‑on‑one patient care
• Flexible scheduling — per‑diem, part‑time, and full‑time available
• Medical (BCBS), dental, and vision (based on hours worked)
• Live support staff available 24/7
