Gentiva Hospice is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver hands-on hospice care in patients' homes, assisted living, or facility settings. You will work under the supervision of an RN and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and families.
Required:
graduation from an accredited LPN program, active Texas LPN license, CPR, and 2–5 years in hospice or related fields; valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred.
