High Plains Senior Care Hospice is seeking a Full-Time Hospice LVN to provide in-home care under RN/physician oversight. The LVN will assess patients, administer medications, monitor vital signs, provide wound care, and document care in electronic medical records.
The ideal candidate holds a Texas LVN license, has hospice experience (preferred), and demonstrates excellent communication. Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to pass background checks and drug screening.
