Skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (weekend)

Bright Star Care is looking for an LVN to provide nursing visits to patients in their homes throughout Amarillo and the surrounding Texas Panhandle. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys variety, autonomy, and meaningful patient connections.

• Follow each patient's plan of care
• Perform wound care, medication administration, and other ordered treatments
• Monitor patients and report changes in condition
• Educate patients and families about ongoing needs
• Communicate with physicians and the care team
• Complete accurate visit documentation

• Minimum 1 year of LVN experience
• Active, unrestricted Texas LVN license
• Wound care experience is a plus
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to manage visits with minimal supervision
• Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting

• One-on-one patient visits
