QC Inspector; Data Center Electrical & Mechanical Infra

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Site Quality Inspector (QA/QC) with a strong background in mission-critical data center construction who can ensure electrical and mechanical systems are installed correctly and ready for commissioning.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/QC, Construction Quality, Field Engineering, Commissioning, or Site Inspection experience.
• Experience on mission-critical or hyperscale data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Experience inspecting installations of:
• Medium & Low Voltage Switchgear
• UPS Systems
• Generators
• ATS/STS
• Transformers
• PDUs
• Busway
• CRAH/CRAC Units
• Fire Alarm & Life Safety Systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, one-line diagrams, P&IDs, specifications, shop drawings, equipment schedules, and submittals.
• Experience performing field inspections, punch walks, site audits, documenting deficiencies, tracking corrective actions, and supporting commissioning activities.
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CxAlloy, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Bluebeam, BIM 360, and Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, NETA, ASHRAE, and industry quality standards.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience.

A hands-on QA/QC field inspector who has worked on large-scale data center construction projects, understands mission-critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure, excels at identifying installation deficiencies before startup, maintains detailed quality documentation, and collaborates effectively with project managers, subcontractors, engineers, and commissioning teams to ensure successful project turnover.
