Our Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting leadership in executing daily operations. A Shift Leader’s main areas of focus are placing team members in positions so that the restaurant runs effectively, ensuring team member's needs are met, and coaching/developing team members.

Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
