As a Kitchen Team Member, you will work in a fast-paced environment preparing high-quality food while helping deliver an exceptional experience for every guest. You’ll receive hands‑on training, work alongside a supportive team, and have opportunities for personal and professional growth.

We are seeking dependable Team Members who can help us meet the needs of our busiest days and times.

To be considered for this position, applicants must:

• Be reliable and maintain consistent attendance
• Be available to work most Fridays and Saturdays
• Be willing to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Arrive on time and prepared for each scheduled shift

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and package Chick‑fil‑A menu items according to company standards
• Follow recipes, procedures, and food safety guidelines
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards

• Learn and work all kitchen stations, including:
• Breading
• Fries
• Primary and Secondary Boards
• Food Preparation
• Machines and Support Positions
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed
• Complete opening, transition, and closing responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
• Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
• Report equipment or maintenance concerns to Leadership

• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Communicate effectively with Team Members and Leaders
• Complete required training and stay current on procedures and product updates
• Uphold Chick‑fil‑A standards, policies, and appearance guidelines

• Reliable and dependable
