• Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, for our residents and staff

• Follow recipes and food safety guidelines to ensure high-quality dishes

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards

• Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and food purchasing as needed

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff by being friendly, attentive, and responsive to their needs

• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to achieve smooth food service operations

• Participate in quality control and quality improvement initiatives

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including food temperatures and inventory levels

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines

• Basic knowledge of nutrition and dietary needs

• Ability to lift, bend, and move heavy food items and equipment

• High school diploma or equivalent required
