Provide best-in-class guest service and assist guests with video gaming needs;
Assist the Store Manager with onboarding, training, and policy adherence for store associates;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager;
Process guest purchases/returns using the Point-of-Sale system and ensure accurate transactions;
