• Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot, and repair customer electronic devices.
• Deliver award‑winning, personalized customer experiences and represent the Asurion brand.
• Enhance customer experience with Asurion's "serve, solve, and sell" method and promote the Connected Home product.
• Upsell Asurion products and achieve sales goals.
• Contribute to market needs and support store objectives.
• Manage priorities and multitask efficiently in a dynamic retail environment.

• 1+ years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• Preferred: 6+ months of product service support or technology repair experience.
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems.
• Flexible to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passing background check (criminal and drug test).
