As a Flexible Sales Associate, you will deliver a world‑class fan experience, surpass sales goals, and continually find innovative ways to engage and attract customers. You will jump in during peak hours to support store operations.

• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and periods with few or no scheduled hours balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Results‑oriented seller.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience at all levels.
• Minimum age 18 with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.
• Flexible with a schedule from 4 hours per month in slower periods to about 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable support during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
