Schedule: 32 hours per week

Position: Stock Lead

Experience: Prior stockroom or retail leadership preferred.

• Oversee daily stockroom operations, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular audits.
• Ensure all shipments are processed efficiently and merchandise is floor-ready.
• Lead and train stock team members, ensuring safety and productivity standards.
• Partner with sales team to support product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in all back-of-house areas.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail a must.
• Strong computer and typing skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or retail stockroom processes.
