Retail Store Manager at Consumer Cellular. As a Store Manager you will lead operations, build a high‑performing team, and provide a human‑centered customer experience.

• Full responsibility for store performance, including sales and financial results, merchandising, inventory, and staffing.
• Lead hiring, talent development, and key people decisions in partnership with Leadership and HR.
• Oversee daily operations to deliver revenue, productivity, and customer experience goals.
• Create sales action plans to grow market impact and community presence.
• Analyze performance, identify trends, and implement operational improvements.
• Plan workforce and schedule strategy for labor management.
• Exercise independent judgment on store‑level operational and employee relations decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership on performance reporting and business insights.
• Maintain a culture of accountability, engagement, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the wireless industry.
• Proven track record of leading a store and delivering strong business results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Business acumen and ability to analyze metrics and drive results.
• Experience coaching, training, and developing team members into top performers.
• Flexibility to work weekends and travel when needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Physical ability to perform required tasks such as bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting.

Annual salary range: $72,000–$76,000, plus a monthly bonus.
