Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Position Summary

Sam’s Club # Ross Osage St, Amarillo, TX . The Freezer, Cooler, and Deli Stocker Associate is responsible for stocking and sanitizing freezers, coolers, and deli areas, maintaining product quality, and providing excellent customer service.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, and handling of hazardous materials.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer, cooler, and deli area in accordance with company policies, handling claims, zoning, receiving, stocking, setting up displays, signing, pricing, and completing required audits and paperwork.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues or concerns, and promoting company products.
• Follow food handling, equipment sanitizing, cold chain, and area cleaning procedures, monitoring freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors for proper operation, and reporting issues to management.
