As a Flexible Sales Associate at Pandora, you will deliver a world‑class customer experience, exceed sales goals, and continually find innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). You will join the team during peak hours to support store operations and provide an unforgettable shopping moment.

• Work a schedule that varies with business needs – including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated results‑oriented selling skills.
• Strong communication skills at all levels, written and verbal.
• At least 18 years of age with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Flexible schedule: 4–12 hours per week in peak seasons, with availability nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable support during high‑traffic periods, special events, or additional coverage needs.

Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high‑traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.

Hourly pay: $12.00 – $15.00 (commensurate with experience).
