Job OverviewAs a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time‑management skills, build retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed. Occasionally you may also work with products from other companies in the stores you service.
Salaryand Schedule Details
- Your starting hourly pay rate will be $12.50-$14.50 per hour, depending on your skills and experience.
- We provide paid training, delivered through live, hands‑on instruction as well as virtual classroom sessions.

- Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
- This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
- Average weekly hours are between 6‑10 hours per week
. - Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.
- Availability to support seasonal changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.
This role is physically demanding. You must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds during the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You will also kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the day, and you may need to climb stairs or step ladders.
Basic Qualifications- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Can lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Capable of operating a digital hand‑held device to read documents and interpret information.
- Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
- Reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores on schedule.
