Hourly wage: $14–$27 per hour. Premiums up to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer’s wants and needs. They also maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
