Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Opens and operates forklifts following company standards and guidelines by safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets.

Completes work assignments and priorities by applying policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks, communicates progress, and recommends improvement opportunities while adapting to change and feedback.

Receives stocks and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, managing inventory flow per company policy and procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising inventory exceptions, correcting shelf capacities, and completing required paperwork, logs, and other documentation.

Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self‑service technology, assisting purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues, and promoting the company’s products and services.

Maintains safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, adhering to steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management.

Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures by zoning the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out‑of‑date goods, setting up and cleaning product displays, maintaining modular integrity, receiving, sorting, staging, and delivering merchandise, ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal items, processing defective merchandise, complying with sanitation and food safety regulations, and monitoring shrink, security risks, and safety.

Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled by assisting with picking orders throughout the day, staging them correctly, ensuring products are selected and staged per company policy, ensuring associates complete pick‑ups within the acceptable timeframe, and performing occasional audits for accuracy.

Inventory:
Handles moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracks goods, maintains in‑stock levels, controls shrinkage, reports poor inventory practices, uses inventory tools and equipment safely.

Forklift:
Operates and maintains forklifts safely and correctly, reports poor or unsafe conditions, and informs management when forklifts are not in proper working order.

Technology:
Proactively identifies customers who need help, engages them, assists with technology services and items, models and helps others with technology services, identifies shrink opportunities, fixes problems, properly maintains equipment, ensures products are organized and stocked correctly, and promptly fixes any issues.
