AE - Stock Associate

Your Role

You can’t buy product if it’s not on the floor, right? As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the stockroom is #yourplace, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed.

• Keep product moving through effective, timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Master the stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures remain organized.
• Spot merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, devise a plan, and take action to correct them.
• Assist teammates with non‑stock related tasks and support guests.
• Maintain safety and asset‑protection standards in both the stockroom and sales floor.

• You excel at organization and have strong attention to detail, priority‑setting, and time‑management skills.
• You have flexible availability to get product moving early morning, late evening, and on weekends.
• You’ve worked in a stock‑related role before.
