Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker)

2600 SW 6th Ave., Amarillo, Texas 79106

Pay range: $12.50 – $15.00 per hour, based on experience. Competitive wages, uncapped bonus potential, and a 5‑week paid training program with a $0.50 raise upon completion.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and interacting with customers in person and over the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions according to company policies.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful shop environment.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking ability.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test (after a conditional offer).
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales experience, bilingual ability, and prior pawnbroker experience are additional pluses.
