Kirkland's - - Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional shopping experience using Kirkland’s customer service model;
Drive sales growth by flexing into multiple roles including selling, cashiering, replenishing, setting floorsets and/or cleaning;
Educate each customer on loyalty programs, current promotions and merchandise assortment to support building the basket;
Maintain an efficient and organized salesfloor and stockroom; ensure merchandise presentation and pricing accuracy;
Assist in receiving merchandise and stock management
