Bang Bang Vape & Smoke Shop is seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team. This role is responsible for providing professional customer service, accurately processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Product knowledge is not required at the time of hire; training will be provided.

• The Sales Associate / Cashier supports daily store operations by assisting customers, handling point-of-sale transactions, maintaining inventory flow using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures, and ensuring the store meets company cleanliness and presentation standards.

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Handle cash, credit, and debit payments responsibly
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restroom, and exterior areas, including the parking lot
• Stock merchandise and rotate inventory using FIFO procedures
• Stay informed on store products and promotions through provided training
• Assist with returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

• Retail or cashier experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
