Greet guests and provide best-in-class guest service throughout the shopping experience;
Assist the Store Manager with scheduling, training, and coaching of store associates and ensuring policy compliance;
Oversee daily store operations including POS transactions, inventory, and merchandising to meet sales and shrink goals;
Support Omni-Channel order fulfillment and ensure accurate bank deposits and closeout paperwork;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence and provide feedback on performance
