Overview

This role is a Wireless Sales Professional with PREMIUM operating over 1,300 Walmart Supercenter outlets. You will connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions, closing sales through hustle, creativity, and problem‑solving.

• Competitive hourly base rate of $12.00–$17.00, plus unlimited commission potential.

• Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with Walmart customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through setup and activation.
• Keep planogram displays fully stocked and pristine.
