As a Tru Green Field Sales Representative, you will act as the welcoming face in neighborhoods, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face and introducing them to personalized lawn care solutions. You will use Tru Green’s proven Sales Playbook to provide tailored services at their doorsteps, building lasting customer relationships.

• Engage homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn care solutions that build trust and satisfaction.
• Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude.
• Customize sales messaging to match each household’s unique lawn care needs.
• Turn “just looking” prospects into signed customers using a proven sales methodology.
• Log interactions and track performance using the CRM to measure activity.
• Cross‑sell and upsell with precision, showing customers how to enhance their lawns.

• High school diploma or GED (a PhD in People Skills is highly encouraged).
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are valued.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable and road‑ready.
• Strong communication skills for small talk and closing.
• Excellent time‑management and a self‑starter mindset.
• Comfortable using technology and mobile devices.
• Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors.

Pay Range: $27,669.00 – $58,865.00, based on qualifications, experience, training, and geography. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the range.
