• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options on the sales floor.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am‑9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Remain flexible and open to change in a fast‑paced environment to stay current with evolving tech and meet customer needs.

• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
• No prior sales experience is acceptable; training and coaching will be provided.

Retail Sales Consultant earnings range from $16.01 to $18.86 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Uncapped commission opportunities can allow top sellers to earn $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary may vary by geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
