Job Overview
Large Format Presell Sales Representative – Pepsi Beverages United States (PBUS). This position is part of the United States Beverage organization and supports a wide range of customers from national chains to local independents. Target Pay$63,528 per year

- Primary store‑level salesperson to large accounts like supermarkets and mass merchants, driving growth through data‑driven selling and fact‑based strategies.
- Order products for delivery and merchandising by Pepsi employees; manage all aspects of sales execution in large format accounts.
- Own and manage communications with Store Owners, Store Managers, and other potential buyers.
- Lead collaboration with a Pod of Merchandisers: create agendas, conduct daily meetings, and support in‑store service execution.
- Execute local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brands and maximize brand performance.
- Collaborate closely with Territory Sales Leaders, Large Format Sales District Leaders, Merchandisers, and Key Account Managers to target incremental selling opportunities and drive key performance metrics (Revenue, Volume, Share, Waste, Profit).
- Communicate cross‑functional needs (delivery, warehouse, etc.) to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Confirm product availability, rotation, and pricing.
- Learn new technologies (e.g., Power
BI), products, and selling skills to grow accounts and create efficiencies. - Adhere to all safety standards and procedures and support Pepsi's safety culture.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Handle product cases and use a pallet jack as needed for inventory inspections.
- 18 years or older
- Must own a car to access multi‑store locations within assigned shift
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Sales/shipping experience (new product, promotions, new distribution points, pricing, making deals)
- Business‑to‑business selling, including relationship building and complaint resolution
- Incremental selling (upsell, suggestive selling)
- Route management (prioritizing stops, scheduling, delivery windows)
- Inventory management (current stock, projected sales, re‑stocking)
- Merchandising (standards, planograms, displays, stocking, organization)
- Technology applications (mobile tech, apps)
- Customer service experience (resolving issues, communication with store managers, follow‑up)
