Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, service and sell within an existing customer base. This physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Act as the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory, working safely and professionally.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Active driver’s license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification.
• Documentation of previous employment.
• The ability to meet physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and teamwork drive.
• Positive attitude with ambition, organization and service spirit.

• Base salary with commission potential after being assigned a route.
