: $17.50 – $18.50 per hour, plus uncapped commission

Build genuine relationships with guests by guiding them through device and plan selection and providing personalized service in a friendly, welcoming environment.

• Create a comfortable store atmosphere and model positivity, professionalism and our core belief that happy employees equal happy customers.
• Develop meaningful connections with guests, team members and field leadership through active listening and thoughtful conversation, guiding interactions toward solutions that meet guest needs while supporting store performance goals.
• Sell devices, plans and services, translating technology into simple, real‑world conversations and staying current on promotions, product updates and tools.
• Manage guest appointments and review customer accounts to recommend the best plans and offers; serve as a problem solver and investigator, ensuring accounts are accurate and well documented.

Required skills and experience:

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience (wireless sales experience preferred).
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, walking and standing, as well as moving merchandise.

Pre‑employment background check and drug screen required.

Pay and benefits are in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act, with a base salary range of $36,750 to $46,200. Additional benefits include:
