Field Sales Representative – Join an elite group of sales professionals bringing customized, white-glove experiences directly into customers’ homes. You will work independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments, closing deals through demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolution.

Starting salary ranges from $61,410 to $100,000, plus uncapped commission opportunities. Top earners can make $100,000 or more.

• Receive paid training to equip you for independent field work. Continuous coaching and learning help maintain technical proficiency.
• Engage daily with existing customers using provided appointments to deliver warm prospect interactions.
• Apply strong negotiation and communication skills to pivot smoothly and close sales.

• At least 1 year of commission sales experience; outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Proven success achieving sales targets and senior sales experience.
• Proficiency in upselling techniques to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Valid driver’s license and availability to drive; company vehicle provided for business use only.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background checks, drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record checks.
