The wage for this position is between $19.75 and $21.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission.

This position is classified as modified full‑time, with a work schedule ranging from 30 to 39 hours per week. Most employees work approximately 35 hours per week, offering a consistent schedule while maintaining flexibility.

• Product and Services Expert – You confidently sell devices, plans, and services, consistently meeting or exceeding individual performance goals. You simplify technology into easy, real‑world conversations and stay current on promotions and product knowledge.
• Store Key Support – As a senior team member, you are trusted with opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring the store is secure, organized, and ready to serve guests. You follow company processes and support a smooth, professional store experience during your shift.

• High school diploma is required.
• 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, ideally in a consultative, customer‑focused environment (wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items.
• Requires the ability to move around the store, assist customers and maneuver merchandise when necessary.

• Maximum Salary: $47,250
