Our Sales Managers are future Directors of Sales. You'll gain hands‑on experience working alongside experienced commercial leaders while developing the skills needed to lead a hotel's sales strategy.

The Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business, growing existing accounts, and supporting the hotel's overall commercial strategy. Working closely with the Market Director of Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations, you'll help drive occupancy, ADR, and revenue while delivering exceptional service to clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, networking in the community, and learning every aspect of hotel sales.
