- Creating and executing a market specific sales plan that meets or exceeds set sales goals.
- Optimizing call routes to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency.
- Being regularly available and responsive to customers' real‑time needs.
- Meeting regularly with customers in sales market to understand their needs.
- Educating customers on Crawford's value‑add offerings.
- Identifying and pursuing existing customer opportunities.
- Building long‑term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing customers.
- Championing Crawford's brand in the local community.
- Identifying and executing local marketing activities to enhance presence and grow sales.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
- Preferred candidate will have 2+ years of industry related experience.
- Proven track record of consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Passionate individual with a desire to succeed.
- Must possess an assertive personality with a high level of energy and a resilient character.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with strong time management and organizational skills.
