We’re looking for driven, full-cycle sales professionals who can own the entire sales process—from knocking doors to closing deals—and want to earn based on performance.

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will generate your own opportunities, inspect properties, and guide homeowners through roofing and exterior restoration solutions.

• Prospecting
• Setting appointments
• Running inspections
• Presenting solutions
• Closing deals

• Canvass neighborhoods and generate new leads through door-to-door outreach
• Identify storm damage and exterior project opportunities
• Perform roof and property inspections (training provided)
• Educate homeowners on roofing, restoration, and insurance processes
• Present solutions and close deals on the spot or through follow-up
• Manage the full customer journey from first contact to signed agreement
• Build trust and maintain a high standard of customer experience

• Experience in door-to-door, roofing, or in-home sales preferred
• Strong communication and closing skills
