Security Officer

Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Officer for a driving patrol role within the Administrative & Support & Waste Management sector. In this position, you will conduct scheduled and random vehicle patrols, monitor facilities and perimeters, respond to alarms and incidents, and enforce site procedures. You'll interact with clients and visitors, complete detailed incident reports, and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and random armed vehicle patrols of assigned properties
• Monitor premises, access points, and perimeters for suspicious activity or safety hazards
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement as needed
• Enforce client policies, site procedures, and post orders consistently
• Provide professional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
• Prepare accurate, thorough incident and daily activity reports
• Operate patrol vehicle safely while observing defensive driving practices
• Use radios and security technology systems to communicate and document activity
• Support safety, vigilance, and integrity standards set by Allied Universal
• Participate in ongoing training, firearms qualifications, and skills development
