We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $140,000/year
, plus base and performance-based pay.

As a Journeyman Plumber, you will diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems with a commitment to quality and professionalism. Engaging with customers, you will provide them with clear explanations, honest options, and guide them towards informed decisions. You'll maintain clean, organized job sites and ensure your vehicle reflects the same standard of safety and order. Throughout the day, your expertise will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also allow you to mentor apprentices, contributing to their growth as skilled technicians.

• Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License
• Clean driving record
• Experience in residential service and repair
• Strong communication skills
• Professional attitude and the ability to work well in a team
