Concrete Finisher

This is a full-time on-site role for a Concrete Finisher located in the Texas Panhandle. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for performing tasks such as smoothing and finishing poured concrete surfaces on sidewalks, curbs, and other structures. Daily tasks include using power tools, setting up and breaking down formwork, ensuring proper surface leveling, and collaborating with the construction team to meet project specifications.

Compliance with safety regulations and maintaining equipment are also key components of the role.

• Proficiency in using power tools and operating heavy equipment
• Experience with formwork and flatwork techniques
• Knowledge of carpentry for concrete construction
• Understanding of site safety protocols and procedures
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in civil concrete projects is highly preferred
