We’re looking for friendly, energetic team members to join our family of full‑time crew members and lube techs. No experience required—we provide paid training to teach you how to change oil, replace wiper blades and air filters, fill tire air, and perform other light maintenance services. Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and you can rise through our field‑leader growth path.

Pay:
Up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions. Paid training and opportunities to advance to shop manager positions that earn salaries and bonuses.

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming)
