Performs skilled maintenance and repair of complex mechanical,electrical, HVAC, and other physical structures. May oversee andreview the work of lower-level technicians.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Performs routine and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment, including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, pertaining to minor building maintenance and remodeling.
  • Listens, follows, and executes duties given by supervisor.
  • Documents and finalizes maintenance requests as needed.
  • Moves various equipment, furniture etc.
  • Safely operates, manages and maintains facilities, tools and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • General HVAC and maintenance skills, including electrical,plumbing, carpentry, and other physical functions in accordance with standard operating procedures, internal requirements,manufacturer's specifications, and safety policies.
  • General knowledge and understanding of building heating, air conditioning, and ventilating equipment, along with related utilities and controls.
  • Ability to work in the construction, erection, installation,and repair of structures and fixtures.
  • Responsibilities include the knowledge and capability to workwith a team in the construction, alteration, repair, and maintenance of equipment, furnishings, and various other structure sand fixtures.
  • Ability to use and operate a computer.
  • Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. Possess and maintains a valid driver'slicense.

Visa Information
