Major/Essential Functions- Performs routine and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment, including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, pertaining to minor building maintenance and remodeling.
- Listens, follows, and executes duties given by supervisor.
- Documents and finalizes maintenance requests as needed.
- Moves various equipment, furniture etc.
- Safely operates, manages and maintains facilities, tools and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications- General HVAC and maintenance skills, including electrical,plumbing, carpentry, and other physical functions in accordance with standard operating procedures, internal requirements,manufacturer's specifications, and safety policies.
- General knowledge and understanding of building heating, air conditioning, and ventilating equipment, along with related utilities and controls.
- Ability to work in the construction, erection, installation,and repair of structures and fixtures.
- Responsibilities include the knowledge and capability to workwith a team in the construction, alteration, repair, and maintenance of equipment, furnishings, and various other structure sand fixtures.
- Ability to use and operate a computer.
- Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. Possess and maintains a valid driver'slicense.
